Stuffed Mushrooms with a Ham, Cheese and Onion filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

69 g Red Onion
36 g Ham
40 g Breadcrumbs
10 g Parmesan Cheese
53 g Cheddar Cheese
257 g Mushroom

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Chop onions and ham and add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese (grated) and the cheddar cheese (grated) in a bowl.

  2. Mix together.

  3. Fill each mushroom with the mix.

  4. Bake in oven for 20 mins at 190C.
