Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

16 oz crimini mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Remove the stems, scoop out the middle and finely chop mushrooms (I have a food processor that does this well). Place mushrooms on a rimmed cookie sheet and prebake mushrooms for 10 - 15 mins.

  3. While the mushrooms are prebaking, in a separate bowl, mix all above ingredients. Stir in the finely chopped mushrooms. Remove mushrooms from oven and fill the mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
