A beautiful vegetarian option for stuffed mushrooms. Great served as a side dish for brunch or an accompaniment with barbecued red meats.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed mushroom-vegetarian

50 grams Mushrooms, Portabella
1 1tsp Olive Oil
4 serving Tomato, Capsicum, and chilli salsa
1 slice Deli Style Sliced Colby-Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed mushroom-vegetarian

  1. Pre-heat oven on bake @ 120 degrees celsius

  2. Drizzle each mushroom with olive oil and heat up in a pan

  3. Spoon two tablespoons of salsa on each mushroom or until the surface is completely covered

  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on each mushroom equaling a slice of tasty or Colby jack cheese (or your preferred cheese)

  5. Bake for as long as required

  6. Serve hot
