Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushroom Caps

280 g portobello mushrooms
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/3 c whole wheat cous cous
1 c nonfat cottage cheese
2 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 tsp chicken soup mix
200 g chopped onion
2 oz dried tomatoes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushroom Caps

  1. Wash mushroom caps

  2. Brush underside (gills) with worcestershire sauce

  3. Prepare couscous as directed, adding soup mix to the water.

  4. Lightly brown onions

  5. Mix ingredients together and stuff into caps

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes
