Mushrooms stuffed without any meat

Recipe Ingredients for stuffed (meatless) Mushrooms

5 ounces button mushroom
1/4 cup quinoa, make certain to rinse first
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Salt and pepper, to taste
.5 oz cheese

Recipe Directions for stuffed (meatless) Mushrooms

  1. wash and remove mushroom stems, set aside

  2. rinse quinoa

  3. chop onion, garlic, mushroom stems cook in pan with .25 cup water

  4. cook quinoa in garlic/onion/mushroom broth

  5. add salt pepper

  6. let quinoa cool

  7. stuff shroom's top with cheese bake 350 degrees till golden on top
