Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Manicotti and Tomato Sauce

1.7 oz Manicotti Dry
248 grams Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.25 cup Parsley
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 cup Tomato Sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Manicotti and Tomato Sauce

  1. Cook manicotti according to package directions. Mix together Ricotta, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 the parmesan.

  2. Drain and rinse manicotti with cold water. Stuff with cheese mixture. In a shallow pan pour 1/4 of the tomato sauce, then lay the stuffed manicotti on top, top with remaining tomato sauce and parmesan. Bake on lo broil for 25 - 30 minutes.
