One of my favorite comfort food dish. Just had to make short cut method on weekend night.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Green Peppers

12 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 cup Bertolli Sauce Tomato and Basil
1/4 cup Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
4 piece Mini Babybel Light Original

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Green Peppers

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut green peppers in half. Clean out membrane and seeds. Place in glass dish. Cook rice by package instructions with no salt or butter. Brown beef and onions in skillet on top of stove. Add 1 cup of sauce and cooked rice to meat mixture. Fill pepper shells with meat mixture. Pour remaining sauce over filled peppers. Shred each cheese. Place peppers in oven and cook for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender. 5 minutes before pulling out, top with shredded cheese. Pull from oven when cheese is melted.
