ground beef and rice stuffed peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Green Peppers

3 green peppers
1 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cups brown rice
15 oz diced tomato
6 oz can tomato sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Cut tops off peppers, take out centers. Save Tops.

  2. Boil Peppers briefly

  3. Cut up tops and dice onion.

  4. Brown ground beef and add pepper tops, onion, garlic.

  5. Prepare rice

  6. Add Rice and remaining ingredients. Simmer.

  7. Stuff peppers and bake 20 minutes.

  8. Top with cheese
