Green peppers stuffed with meat/rice mixture, slow cooked.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Green Peppers

1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 cups brown rice
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 small onion, diced
28 ounce whole tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
10 3/4 ounce condensed tomato soup, undiluted
3 medium green peppers, halved lengthwise, cored and seeded

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Green Peppers

Combine rice, beef, onion and egg substitute in large bowl. Divide meat mixture evenly among bell pepper halves. Pour tomatoes with juice into Crock-Pot. Arrange filled bell pepper halves on top of tomatoes. Combine tomato soup and water in medium bowl. Pour over bell peppers. Cover; cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
