Stuffed bell peppers with ground turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Green Peppers

6 large green peppers, stem and seeds removed
1/2 lb ground lean turkey
1 cup course dry bread or cracker crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped onion
10 1/2 oz condensed tomato soup

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Green Peppers

Cook pepper in boiling water for 5 min and drain. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and half can of tomato soup. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Stand upright in small baking dish. Pour over remaining soup diluted with 1/2 soup can water. Bake covered 45 min., uncovered 15 min.
