Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

8 ounce ground beef
2 cup green bell pepper
1 cup onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
14 ounce beef broth
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
10 3/4 ounce tomato soup
1 1/2 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

  1. Cook beef until browned.

  2. Add chopped pepper and onion, cook until tender.

  3. Stir in pepper, broth, diced tomatoes, and soup. Bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.

  5. Half way through simmering, cook rice.
