1 medium Green Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

Brown beef in skillet with 2oz chopped or diced onions (preference). Add garlic powder and black pepper to taste. As beef cooking, gut peppers and place them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes on 350. Once partially cooked, add the browned beef mixture to the peppers and place back in oven at 350 for another 30-45 minutes (preference and depending on how much time prior)
