Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed French Toast

2 slices light wheat bread
1 1/2 servings (3 Tbsp) Fat Free Cream Cheese, Strawberry
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup maple syrup, sugar free
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 Splenda to taste

Recipe Directions for Stuffed French Toast

  1. Put berries in a bowl and top with Splenda - microwave until warm & sweet.

  2. Dip bread in less than 1/4 cup egg beaters. Cook in a pan with cooking spray until golden brown on each side. Spread cream cheese on one slice and top with the other. Top w/maple syrup & berries.Put berries in a bowl and top with Splenda - microwave until warm & sweet.
