stuffed fish; excellent with broccoli and cauliflower or 7 layer salad :)

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Flounder

1/2 cup chopped onion
4 1/2 ounce shrimp, drained
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1/4 pound cooked crabmeat
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
24 ounce flounder
1/2 c chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Flounder

  1. Preheat to 400.

  2. Sautee onion and mushrooms

  3. Add chopped shrimp and crabmeat and spices

  4. Stuff fillets, use toothpick if needed

  5. place seam down on bake pan

  6. add 1/2 c chicken broth (to steam)

  7. Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes

  8. Uncover, sprinkle with paprika and parsley

  9. Bake 5 more minutes
