Stuffed Fish Fillets with Spinach and Cream

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Fish Fillets with Spinach and Cream

10 fillet Flatfish (Flounder And Sole Species)
6 cup Spinach
2 clove Garlic
0.5 large Onions
1 tbsp, leaves Basil, Dried
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1.002 oz Sour Cream
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
6 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
6 serving Oatnut 3-Seed Bread
0.5 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Fish Fillets with Spinach and Cream

  1. In a small pan, heat olive oil.

  2. Crush garlic, chop onions and add to pan with basil and parsley, Simmer until onions are translucent.

  3. Add spinach and steam.

  4. Add sour cream, stir through and set aside. This is your stuffing.

  5. Thaw fish fillets.

  6. In a casserole dish, lay fillets down, stuff with stuffing and fold over with toothpicks.

  7. Tear up pieces of bread.

  8. Coat with grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, slivered almonds and bread pieces.

  9. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes and serve!
