Eggplants stuffed with mozzarela and tomatoes (or tomato sauce)

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Eggplants

200 g Eggplant
30 g Mozzarela
10 g Olive Oil
20 g Chopped Tomatoes
1 Salt
1 Pepper
20 g Bread

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Eggplants

  1. Chop eggplants in half and remove the inside

  2. Chop the inside of the eggplant and the mozzarela, mic them, add salt, pepper and olive oil.

  3. Fill the empty eggplants with the mixture.

  4. Put the tomato (or tomato sauce)on top.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
