2 Cubanelle peppers
2 oz tuna
1/8 tsp peppercorn
1/8 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp onion
1/8 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cubanelle peppers with tuna

  1. Blanch peppers

  2. cut off top

  3. Slice on side top to bottom

  4. remove seeds

  5. mix tuna,peppercorn, garlic, onion and rosemary

  6. stuff peppers
