Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Chili Peppers

1/4 cup brown rice
2 ounces cooked ground beef
2 peppers

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Chili Peppers

Cook brown rice as directed. Brown and drain hamburger adding dried herbs to your taste. Mix with cooked rice. Take 2 fire roasted canned chili peppers and fill with rice and hamburger. Bake at 350 till heated through. 350 approximately 30 minuets. Serve
