As an alternative, use chicken breasts. Also you can substitute a can of any creamed soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Thighs

6 oz Stuffing
416 grams chicken thighs (8 de-boned thighs)
10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
8 oz sour cream
2 tablespoons Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Chicken Thighs

  1. Prepare one box of a chicken flavored stuffing mix.

  2. Remove the skin and de-bone 8 eight chicken thighs.

  3. Wrap the each chicken thigh around a small lump of stuffing.

  4. Divide the remaining stuffing into eight lumps into a baking dish and place the chicken thighs (seam side down) on to each lump.

  5. Mix the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup and pour over the chicken and stuffing.

  6. Top it off with the parmesan cheese.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees for an additional 15 minutes.
