Ricotta, pepper and onion stuffed chicken breasts

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken

545 g Chicken, broilers, breast, meat only, raw
1 green pepper
1 yellow onion
2 tsp canola oil
3/4 c Sargento Light Ricotta Cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Chicken

  1. 1. Sautee pepper and onion on med-low for 30-45mins. Cool.

  2. 2. Mix peppers and onions with cheese and salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Pound chicken breasts until flat.

  4. 4. Divide filling onto chicken and roll up.

  5. 5. Place in a baking dish and bake for 45mins at 350F, covered with foil.
