Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breasts

8 oz Cream Cheese
4 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
0.5 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
3 cloves Garlic
36 oz Chicken
6 oz Total 2% Strained Greek Yogurt
4 tsp Prepared Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
3 slice Nature's Own Butter Bread
1 tbsp Butter
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. heat oven to 425

  2. mix cream cheese, goat cheese, thyme, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper together until smooth

  3. pound chicken to an even 1/4 inch thickness, pat dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, mound 1/4 cup of cream cheese filling at the wider end of the chicken, form the cheese into a log and then roll the chicken up

  4. arrange the chicken rolls in a baking dish coated with vegetable spray

  5. mix remaining cream cheese mixture with greek yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice then brush mixture over the tops and side of the chicken. toss the breadcrumbs with the melted butter, then press onto the tops and sides of the chicken rolls

  6. bake for 30 minutes
