Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed chicken breasts

2 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
10 Serving Mushrooms
1 tablespoon shallots, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup Chicken stock
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup cream

Recipe Directions for Stuffed chicken breasts

Saute mushrooms and shallots in 1/4 cup butter for 5 min. Stir constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff chicken breast with mixture and fasten securely with toothpicks. Place in prepared pan and bake 350 for 40 minutes. Melt butter and stir in flour. Stir in chicken broth and cream. Pour over chicken while hot.
