1 oz sun dried tomatoes
1 oz fresh basil

  1. fillet the chicken breast

  2. place the cheese, tomatoes and basil in the chicken breast and roll the breast.

  3. wrap the chicken in plastic wrap

  4. place in refrigerater over night

  5. drop in boiling water for 15 minutes
