Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast

3 chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion, powdered
1 tsp garlic, powdered
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp chive, minced
1/2 tbsp parsley, minced
3 tbsp spinach, cooked
2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp pimento pepper
3 tsp breadcrumbs
2 tsp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp tofu, grated

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Chicken Breast

  1. Season chicken breast with ingredients 2 - 9. Then place in zip-top bag and pound flat.

  2. Mix spinach, cottage cheese and pimento then place a heaped tbsp of mixture on middle of each breast.

  3. Wrap chicken around spinach mixture and hold closed with toothpicks.

  4. Place on baking tray and sprinkle grated tofu,cheese and breadcrumbs over each breast.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
