Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast

4 oz chicken breast
4 slices fat free american cheese
1 cup broccoli
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Chicken Breast

  1. flatten chicken breast to thin them out

  2. place slice of cheese in each piece- cut to fit

  3. add 1/4 cup broccoli to each

  4. fold chicken breast over the inside ingredients

  5. sprinkle bread crumbs over each chicken breast

  6. season with additional seasonings if desired

  7. cook at 350 degrees until juices run clear- like 30 min
