Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast (almonds, dried cranberries, apples)

1 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup minced apples
1/4 tsp nutmeg
24 oz g) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, frozen
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger
1 cup apple cider

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Chicken Breast (almonds, dried cranberries, apples)

  1. combine almonds, dried cranberries, apples and nutmeg

  2. flatten breasts

  3. roll 1/3 of stuffing in each breast

  4. place breast seam down into baking dish

  5. mix olive oil and ginger and drizzle

  6. bake 30 min covered tightly

  7. baste

  8. continue covered bake 15 minutes more basting as necessary
