Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

14 cabbage leaves
1 pound hamburger
2 cups rice
16 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. diced tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 cup Milk
1 Egg

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

  1. Place cabbage leaves in boiling salt water for 3 minutes.

  2. Combine hamburger, cooked rice, onion, milk, and egg.

  3. Stuff cabbage leaves with mixture.

  4. Pour tomato mixture over cabbage leaves.

  5. Bake covered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

  6. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
