Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed cabbage rolls

1 head cabbage, cooked
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
15 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped mint
1 cup chopped dill
3 cups white rice
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Stuffed cabbage rolls

Cook cabbage in boiling water till leaves are wilted. Cut each cabbage leaf into 2 or 3 sections. Mix remaining ingredients except water and place one spoon of rice mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up tightly. Place rolls side by side in large pot. Cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer till rice is cooked.
