As above, with salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme. Wrap meat in cabbage leaves , head boiled 35 minutes. Dutch oven, simmer 1.5 hours.

900 grams Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
200 grams Langkorn Reis (uncooked)
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 large Egg, Whole
10 serving Passierte Tomatoes (Kaufland) box
