Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Cabbage

3 1/2 cup Crushed Tomatoes, Basil
21 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1/4 head Cabbage, Cooked
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp Parsley, Dried
1/4 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
1/2 tsp Seasoning Blend
1/4 tbsp chopped Onions
5 1/4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
4 Basil leaves

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cabbage

Cut stem from cabbage head, boil cabbage covered for 7 minutes remove leaves under cold water, repeat if necessary for 7-8 leaves. Cook tomatoes with wine, garlic(pressed), 1/2 of seasoning, basil shredded. Mix turkey, egg, parsley, bread crumbs seasoning and 3/4 cup sauce together, put 1/2 cup of turkey mix into each cabbage leave fold over to seal and place folded side down into sprayed caserole dish. Cover with remaing sauce and water as necessary if sauce is to thick and bake at 350 for about 1.5 hours covered.
