Turkey and Couscous stuffed cabbage (really use 4 oz fat free mozz)

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Cabbage

0.94 lb. ground turkey
1/3 cup couscous
1 tbs parmesan cheese
1/2 small onion
1 oz. mozzarella
28 oz. tomato sauce
16 cabbage leaf

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cabbage

  1. boil cabbage leaves

  2. mix all other ingredients except sauce (be sure to use 4 oz ff mozz, not 1 oz mozz)

  3. divide mixture between 16 cabbage leaves and wrap

  4. place them seam side down in a large pot and cover with sauce

  5. simmer on med heat for 60 min
