Stuffed Cabbage Recipe

One plate meal, serve with bread and fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Cabbage

2 eggs
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 c onion
1/4 c bell pepper
2 tbsp ketchup
1 herbs to taste
1 lb cabbage
1 1/2 c rice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cabbage

  1. Cook rice. Cool

  2. Take 14 cabbage leaves off head. Put in boil for 7 minutes. Take out and let cool.

  3. Mix eggs, ground pork, ground beef, onion, peppers, ketchup and herbs together. Add cool rice, mix

  4. Put meat mixture in center of cabbage leaf and roll up.

  5. Top with fire roasted tomato sauce.(see recipe)
