A delicious meal that Grandma used to make. I tried to make it healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Cabbage

1 head cabbage
32 oz. ground turkey
1 1/4 cups brown rice
1 1/4 cups rice
1 can tomato soup (low sodium)
46 oz. tomato juice
1 tsp. pepper
3 small onions, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cabbage

Par boil cabbage leaves, reserve 14 for stuffing and chop the rest for bottom on pot. Brown onion in olive oil, and add garlic. Rinse rice add to onions, add turkey, pepper and mix thoroughly. Roll cabbage with meat mixture inside. add to pot add soup and juice to fill past cabbage rolls. Cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes. let cool and serve
