24 oz 80% Lean Ground Chuck
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
10.75 oz Tomato Sauce
2 serving Soy Sauce
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cabbage Leaves in Tomato Sauce

remove 20 leaves from cabbage. chop onion, bell pepper, and remainder of cabbage. saute with butter until softened. cook rice and fluff. brown ground chuck. mix vegetables, meat, and rice until heated. season with all condiments. in separate saucepan mix tomato sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. stuff each cabbage leaf with 3-4 tbsp of mixture and set in oven safe pan. pour sauce over and bake until crisp and cabbage is cooked.
