Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Cabbage Leaves with Brown Rice

125 aprox 6 large leaves Cabbage
1 cup brown rice
1 small onion
1/4 cup craisins
1 t oregano
100 g tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Cabbage Leaves with Brown Rice

  1. Steam cabbage leaves so they are pliable. Cool

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together, except the tomato paste, and fill the cabbage leaves. ~1/4 cup per leave, then roll them up and place them seam side down into a pot.

  3. fill with ~4 cups water cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat, add tomato paste and simmer until rice is done.
