Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Buns

2.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1 dash Salt, Table
42 3/10 grams Margarine, Regular, Hard
50 grams Yeast
5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
500 grams Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
200 grams Peppers
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Buns

  1. Make a dough from flour, margarine, yeast, sugar and salt. Stand 30-60mins.

  2. in a pan heat oil, fry onions, cook chicken, add seasonings and add the vegies.

  3. Divide the flour into 20 balls, roll out each, add stuffing and back in moderate oven for 30mins.
