Bell Peppers stuffed with ground beef, sausage, rice, and tomato sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Peppers

1 pound 85% lean ground beef
1 pound sausage
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
9 red bell peppers
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup carrots
15 oz tomato sauce
15 oz. low-sodium diced tomatoes
1 oz. Tomato Products
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Peppers

Brown meat, add vegetalbes saute until transluscent. Add tomato sauce and rice, simmer 45 minutes. Fill peppers, bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, top with cheese in last 15.
