Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Peppers

1 Bell Pepper
4 oz Beef
1/4 cup Yellow Rice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Cut a bell pepper in 1/2.

  2. Mix together, beef (can substitute with turkey or buffalo) and rice.

  3. Season to taste.

  4. Stuff both havles of the pepper.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes until done.
