Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed bell peppers

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
16 oz Lean Ground Beef
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
16 oz Tomato Sauce
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Onion Powder
1 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed bell peppers

  1. Preheat oven at 350

  2. Place rice & water in saucepan & bring to boil. Recude heat, cover & cook 20 minutes.

  3. Remove & discard the stops, seeds and membrace of peppers. Boil to soften them.

  4. In skillet brown beef over medium heat

  5. Arrange peppers in baking dish with hollowed sides facing up.

  6. In a bowl mix the beef, rice, 8 oz of tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powder and cheese. Spoon equal amounts of mix into each pepper. Mix the meaning tomoato sauce & Italian seasoning in bowl & pour over peppers.

  7. Bake 1 hour, or until done, basing with sauce every 15 minutes.
