1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
3 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
3 tsp Basil
4 serving Bell Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for stuffed bell peppers

clean te peppers and cut heads off. boil 2-3 min. prepare rice. brown meat with the spices. add tomato sauce and rice, and warm through. stuff into bell peppers and bake at 350 for 15 min
