1 Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  1. Cut tops off bell peppers

  2. brown ground beef and vegetables

  3. stuff the peppers

  4. add cheese to the tops of each

  5. Cook at 375 for 30 minutes
