Bell Peppers stuffed with turkey, portabella mushrooms and baby spinach.

Recipe Ingredients for stuffed bell peppers

4 4 oz Ground Turkey, 85% Lean
1 3 cups Organic Baby Spinach
1 serving No Salt Added Tomatoes Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Pepper
1 medium Green Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for stuffed bell peppers

take the tops off the green bell peppers and take out seeds. Boil in water until softened. Drain. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet with a tablespoon olive oil, when brown add diced portabella mushrooms and chopped baby spinach leaves and cook until just turn color. Add the tomato sauce, garlic pepper and oregano and simmer over low heat until heated thouroghly. Stuff the peppers with the meat and sauce mixture and serve while hot. Optional to add shredded cheese to the tops of peppers.
