Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Peppers

3 Bell Peppers
1 pound 95% lean ground beef
1/2 onion
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Cut bell peppers in half, clean

  2. Boil peppers 3 minutes

  3. brown beef and onion

  4. add rice, water, and tomato sauce to beef and onion; simmer for 15 minutes

  5. Fill peppers with meat mixture

  6. Bake in a 375 oven for 15 minutes
