Red bell peppers stuffed with turkey and bulgur.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Peppers

3 red bell peppers
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 egg white
1/2 white onion
1 garlic clove
1 cup bulgur
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup frozen spinach, drained

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Peppers

Mix all ingredients together except for bell peppers. Remove bell pepper stem and half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Pack each half pepper with ground turkey mixture. Bake until cooked through.
