5 bell peppers
1 cup rice
15 ounce diced tomatoes
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Stuffed bell peppers

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions

  2. Brown ground turkey

  3. Add onion, tomatoes, garlic, and onion to browned turkey

  4. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
