3 bell peppers, green
1 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups reduced fat mozzarella, shredded

  1. Cut Peppers in half and remove seeds

  2. mix turkey and salsa

  3. stuff peppers with mixture

  4. bake 30 mins on 400 degrees

  5. top with cheese and bake until cheese is golden brown
