6 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 cup Beans Black
0.5 cup dry Quinoa
1 cup Super Sweet Corn
3 serving Sharp Cheddar
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 Medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell peppers

Preheat oven to 400. Roast EVOO coated peppers for 25 minutes. Add mixed and chopped ingredients. Stuff peppers and cook another 10 minutes. Add cheese and cook 5 more minutes.
