4 oz Ground Turkey, 85% Lean
1 cup(195 g) Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 serving Diced Basil Garlic and Oregano Tomatoes
2 medium Green Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed bell peppers

Cook turkey tomatoes and mix with cooked brown rice then stuff in the peppers then cover with tinfoil or wrap in tinfoil and bake for around 30 minutes
