Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Peppers

4 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
20 grams Diced Tomatoes
5 grams Onions
0.25 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
8 grams Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
8 grams Premium Matchstix Carrots
15 grams Broccoli
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1/4 tsp(1 g) Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Brown meat onions and garlic in skillet then add diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook rice separately.

  2. Put 1/4 cup meat mixture in pepper, sprinkle with cheese, add 1/4 c rice. Add broccoli and carrots. Add another 1/4 c meat then top with sprinkle of cheese. Bake in oven 40-50 minutes on 350.
