Stuffed bell peppers. One serving is 2 stuffed peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Bell Pepper

4 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz Ground Turkey
4 serving Turkey Bacon
2 oz Feta Cheese
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Bell Pepper

  1. Cook ground turkey and turkey bacon, set aside.

  2. Saute chopped onion, tomato and garlic in olive oil. Mix with meat.

  3. Add cheese to mixture.

  4. Cut out top of bell pepper and deseed.

  5. Stuff pepper with mixture.

  6. Cover and Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
